Shrimp vs Chef began operation in Santa Barbara, Ventura and Los Angeles counties in May 2015. From the shrimptruck's custom kitchen come menus inspired by places I've lived and traveled, with shrimp being the focus. I take pride in the quality of produce I purchase, the original menus I create, the people and businesses I partner with, and most importantly, my customers. My staff and I specialize in catering to the crowd we're in front of, whether that be a movie studio in Hollywood, a street festival in Venice, a corporate lunch in Westlake Village, or a wedding in Santa Barbara. I always try and make the menu different and innovative, daily.
